Client Testimonials

Jenna,
a young single mother, suffers from Bi-Polar Disorder, PTSD and Depression. We filed a claim for Social Security with her and she was approved benefits. Due to the income she was receiving for child support, she was initially denied benefits for being over income for the Supplemental Security Income program. After looking further into the denial, we found that the income she was receiving should not have been counted as her own. We filed an appeal and were able to get the decision reversed. She now is able to have a monthly income for her and her child.

Sandy,
a 52 year old single mother, was suddenly diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. She contacted us when her health began to rapidly decline and she was no longer able to perform her duties as a nurse. Due to the nature of her diagnosis, we submitted an expedited request for a disability decision and were successful in getting her claim approved within 2 months. Sandy and her dependent child will be getting paid monthly Social Security Benefits so she can now focus on her chemotherapy and quality of life.

Nadine,
a 58-year-old woman was working part-time as a food server when she began having issues with breathing and her energy was very low. She was soon after hospitalized with congestive heart failure and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. After her release from the hospital, her doctor ordered that she use an oxygen machine 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Nadine knew continuing to work would be difficult but she had no way to pay her bills so she continued working part-time with a portable oxygen tank. After submitting a disability claim for Nadine, we were able to get her approved for Social Security Disability Benefits in a matter of 4 months. She is now receiving enough monthly disability benefits to pay her bills while being able to take care of her health needs.
